Annual Churches Training Leaders Conference

Church-Based Training is not simply another program to try in your church. It is a value, a process of developing people, that permeates every ministry in your church. Church-Based Training utilizes multiple resources that intentionally develop every person in a local body of believers.

CCBT Workshops are designed to introduce you and your leadership team to church-based training initiatives or assist you in taking the next steps in your church-based plan.

One of the speakers will be Wayne Cordeiro, Pastor of New Hope Christian Fellowship, Honolulu, Hawaii, and author of “Doing Church As A Team.”

Designed for "movement" and not simply "information gathering," we encourage ministry teams to attend CCBT Workshops together to derive the full benefit of the discussions and planning process.

Track 1

Senior Pastors, Ministry Team Leaders and Lay Leaders from churches that have not yet implemented church-based training initiatives into their ministry plan.

Track 2

Pastors, Ministry Team Leaders and Lay Leaders that are leading the church-based initiatives in your church.

Track 3

Senior Pastors and Governing Board members. This track is built around a new book by Dr. Gene Getz and the accompanying Elders and Leaders Field Guild developed by CCBT.

$99 per person, individual, up to two weeks prior to workshop date.
