How Can Elders Pass the Leadership Baton?

How will the torch of truth and leadership be passed on to the next generation? Elders are encouraged to create an equipping culture in their church and to model “passing the baton” of leadership to emerging elders and leaders. Practical examples are reviewed to help the elders determine what systems need to be put in place for equipping elders in their tasks. Elders will learn about developing their governing board with an ongoing training process.
