What Does the Bible Say About Elders?

This issue helps elders and leaders achieve a clearer understanding of the story of church governance in the New Testament. Leaders are encouraged to gain a better understanding of their church's history of governance in light of the biblical story. Then, leaders are challenged to clearly understand their roles as elders or leaders within their church's current governing structure.
