As Elders and Leaders of our ministries, who are we accountable to? Only God? What about our fellow leaders or close friends? How is accountability accomplished, especially to God? Are we accountable just for our ministry involvement or for our whole lives? This issue examines the biblical basis for divine and human accountability. Practical methods of accountability shared in loving friendships or within servant teams are also explored. Church leaders will be challenged to recognize or establish relationships that help them finish the Christian race well.
