Elders will examine the primary biblical requirements for management in the church. Practical examples of ministry plans are reviewed to highlight the close relationship between being a good manager at home and in the church. They are encouraged to accept the primary function of spiritual oversight in the church and to nurture their relationship with their spouse and family.
