What people are saying about the Elders and Leaders FIELD GUIDE…
We are experiencing incredible results…
The result has been nothing short of God's visitation upon our group of men. For three weeks now, we have had 13-15 men coming together and working through the FIELD GUIDE and attempting to answer the questions related to resolving conflicts within the board, within the body, and dealing with divisive people. The harmony has been unnatural.
All of the men involved are encouraged and enthusiastic about making this a regular study. We have dealt with specific complaints and gone to Scriptures that relate to dealing with them. It has been amazing to see how, when Scripture speaks, and is heard, peace and unity prevails.
This study has been invaluable for our board. These men have given much good insight and help to us. My hope, and the hope of many, is that studying in community will become a permanent part of the elders and leaders learning process at our church.
I see the incredible results we are now experiencing, and realize that this is the first time in 21 years of my pastoring that I have had such blessing in learning in community with our elders and leaders.
A Bible Church in Texas
A perfect fit…
This CCBT material has been perfect for the purposes of our study. Our elders and deacons have been convicted by the lack of spiritual growth, accountability, and leadership in their lives.
They have been surprised by how far away we’ve strayed as a church from the biblical role, qualifications, and selection of elders and deacons. They are eager to make appropriate changes that will enhance growth and ministry opportunities.
We were pleased to see the elder and deacons affirm the need for change in our system and better education of our congregation regarding the roles of elders. But even more exciting has been seeing the spiritual growth and desire among our leaders in these last months since we have been “learning in community” using your material.
