Jeff is Senior Pastor of Chase Oaks Church, formally Fellowship Bible Church North in Plano, Texas. He is a popular speaker at conferences and seminars both nationally and internationally.

Jeff is a co-founder of the Center for Church Based Training and served as the Executive Director until 2009. He has authored, co-authored and edited several resources such as the four-volume Discovery Series, The Word, The Leader, The Church, and The Mission. Most recently he co-authored a book entitled The Leadership Baton: An Intentional Strategy for Developing Leaders in Your Church published by Zondervan.
