CCBT RETURN POLICY

 

If an item you ordered from CCBT does not meet your expectations, we will accept returns by the following method:

    1.


    Call Customer Support toll-free at 888-422-2896 and explain the problem. You will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to include with the item(s) you return.  
    2. Box item(s) securely. Write the RMA number near the shipping label.  
    3.




    Ship item(s) to:

    You will receive an in-store credit for the return amount minus a 15% restocking fee.  

We will accept returns of:

  • Items returned 90 days or less after delivery date.
  • Items that are not damaged or missing parts.
    Exception: damage incurred during shipping.

Problem with an Order?

Received Damaged or Defective Item? If you received a damaged or defective item, we want to help you. Please call Customer Support at 888-422-2896. We’ll ask you for your order number, the item that is damaged, and will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Missing an Item or Received the Wrong Item? Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. We may have split your order into multiple shipments and we can check on that for you. If an error on our part has been made, rest assured that you will not be charged additional shipping costs to send you the correct item. Please call Customer Support at 888-422-2896 to report any problem you may have with an order.
